This is a 12,000 square foot residential home built by South Mountain Builders. This gorgeous home is nestled in the mountains behind the Pepperwood gated community in Sandy, Utah. It features breath taking vistas that include an 18 hole golf course and is accented by beautiful boulders that are candy to the eye.

J L Hardy Construction commissioned another of our commercial projects, the Pei Wei located in the Family Center in Murray, Utah.  At 7,000 sq. ft., Pei Wei was an efficient and quick build, taking us just under a month to finish.
