Norma got her start in finance when she worked for Integrated, a company that specialized in all forms of insurance, payroll and obtain contractors licenses.   Norma is highly skilled at QuickBooks, Payroll, Office Management, and accounting.  Norma is responsible for South Mountain Builders ‘s budget. As Juan’s eldest son, John has been in the construction business practically all his life. He has experience in framing, sales, reading construction plans and estimating.
